Making a Reservation |

In order to make
a reservation, you must go back to the
front pageOnce there, choose which
room you want and click on book now. Following is an explanation of
the steps that you will go through. |

STEP 1: |

Enter
you name, email, and phone number. If you want to book a move-in date more
than 6 weeks past the available date for the room, you need to contact us at
tokyohappyhouse@hotmail.com
or phone us at 81-80-3484-5417 or
81-90-1437-5417. |

STEP 2: |
|

| |
The first amount tells you how much we will ask you to pay
to cover your first month's rent upon your arrival. The next amount
indicates the reservation deposit, which will also serve as your damage
deposit after you have moved in. This will be refunded when you leave,
provided the property has incurred no damage, and you have given us one
month's notice. The last amount refers to the rental amount to be paid every
month thereafter.
After you have confirmed the amounts, choose either to pay
through Paypal/credit card or by bank transfer.
1) Clicking on Credit Card will take you to Paypal,
where you can complete the transaction.
2) Clicking on Transfer will give you the banking
details needed to make the transfer. Please make sure that you transfer
the full amount of ¥30,000 and that no transfer fees are deducted from this
amount as this is the amount we will refund you when you move out. |

Note
the appropriate banking information depending on where you live. After
transferring the deposit, you need to do one last, but very
important thing. Please make sure to send us confirmation of your
transfer either by fax or as an email attachment within 48 hours of
completing the online form. Otherwise, the room will show as being
available again online. |
