Located 30 seconds from the Edogawa river, with its scenic bicycle path, this guest house occupies the 4th and 5th floors of this five-storey building.

There are 6 private rooms, and all tenants share a spacious kitchen/living room, 2 toilets and shower rooms, and a large balcony custom made for summer BBQs. Net, washer/dryer, satellite TV and more are included in the rent. A large supermarket is 1 minute away, right across from the nearest station.

From Narita Airport From Chiba
Take Keisei Line (Rapid) west to Yawata Station. Transfer to Local service and head to Konodai. Take JR Yokosuka/Sobu Rapid Line west to Ichikawa Sta.; see walking directions below.

From Tokyo Station From Ueno/Nippori
Take JR Yokosuka/Sobu Rapid Line east to Ichikawa Sta.; see walking directions below. Take Keisei Line (Local) east to Konodai Station.

Walking from Ichikawa Station
Exit the station through the North Exit, go straight until reaching Route 14 (Chiba-Kaido). Turn left on 14, continue straight until reaching the large intersection called "Ichikawa Hirokoji". Turn right on Chiba Route 1. Continue along the left side of Route 1, and cross under the Keisei Line and over a small river. Ichikawa Happy House is located on the left side, across from Mos Burger.
